Friday morning...why didn't I bring my camera! I will get right on that! About 30+ people at Crystal Lake, tight parking! But, fun wetsuits and bright colored caps. A few adventerous Tri-Chix decided to meet this morning for a little swim facilitation! They did great! The women swam to Camp Gregory and back, and then around the buoy and to the swim markers, practicing sighting and doing a little stroke work. I think we saw massive improvement! Thank you ladies for being out there! I know you have met when I wasn't there and I've read some inspirational messages! I'll work on getting them posted! Email me photos of any of your group training, or individual training so we can share it here! :)
Let's talk about meeting next Friday morning too!
